Each barbell is cast out of resin with a bronze powder coating that's embedded. Has slight flexibility and lightweight (weighing 10.2 grams or 0.36 oz). The one ball end is removable for easy install, but do recommend using a plastic epoxy glue to secure. Can easily be trimmed down to fit using a fine saw.
